As runners, we are always on the go (literally) and while most of us make time for running, we don’t have time for much else. Seriously though, I know it’s not just me when I say I can find time for a 12 mile run but very little extra time to fold the laundry or spend more than 10 minutes preparing breakfast in the morning.
That doesn’t mean that I don’t want whatever I choose to refuel with to taste like cardboard or be packed with junk, which is why I’ve come up with several tasty recipes that you can whip up in a flash and even take with you on the go!
